This website is operated from Hong Kong and is entirely independent of XPeng Inc., Guangzhou Xiaopeng Motors Technology Co., Ltd. and their affiliates. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected to XPENG.

By using this website, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

We collect information from the following sources:

  • The "Submit Car Dealers" form: dealer name, address, and contact details you provide voluntarily.
  • The "Contact" form: your name, email address, and message.
  • The "Get contacted" request: the model, condition, budget, purchase timeframe, country, city and import preference you select, your email address, your preferred messaging app (WhatsApp, Telegram or WeChat) with your WhatsApp number or messaging ID, the page you sent the request from and how you reached the website (referring page and campaign parameters).
  • Automatically collected data: pages visited, browser type, device type, referring URL, and IP address, collected via analytics and advertising services described below.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Dealer listings: Data submitted via the dealer form is used solely to display listings on this website.
  • Contact inquiries: Your contact details are used only to respond to your message.
  • Quote requests: Your request is reviewed by us and shared with selected vehicle suppliers, dealers and export partners so they can contact you about it through the messaging app you chose. By sending a request you consent to this sharing.
  • Analytics: Aggregated traffic data is used to understand how visitors use the site and to improve content.
  • Advertising: Usage data is shared with advertising partners (see Section 5) to serve relevant ads and measure ad performance.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Dealer listings: Retained while the listing is live. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
  • Contact messages: Automatically deleted after 3 months.
  • Quote requests: Retained as long as needed to process your request. You may ask for your request to be deleted at any time by contacting us.
